9 months in order to get a better sense of what people liked,
disliked and thought could be improved. There were 45

• Being able to share the space with others helps me relax.

• Several years ago I had a painful injury to my arm, shoulder and neck from falling on black ice. An orthopedist took an x-ray, gave me a cortisone shot to reduce swelling and sent me to physical therapy to improve strength. Range of motion and strength improved, but a lot of pain persisted. Recently, Justine gave me a series of acupuncture treatments that eliminated the pain. I am grateful to Justine for contributing that part of integrative medicine that was needed.
