In order to make acupuncture affordable for everyone and to allow visits to be as frequent as necessary to achieve the best possible results, we offer a sliding scale. The following scale is offered as a guideline only. We would like you to be comfortable choosing what you’d like to pay, and we understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. Please consider how often you need to come and pay what you feel you can afford. (Please note: The first visit costs $15 more than regular visits due to the extra time required for an
initial consultation.)
FREQUENT TREATMENT CARD: Save 15% by purchasing a frequent treatment card! Card is good for 3 months from date of purchase. 10 treatments for $175 - $350 (sliding scale!)
INSURANCE: Because we offer a sliding scale, we are unable to accept insurance billing. If you have insurance that covers acupuncture, we will be
happy to give you a payment receipt and billing code to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This is okay with the insurance companies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or are missed without notifying our office, will be charged a $20 fee payable at the next visit.
BARTERING and VOLUNTEERING: We are looking for volunteers to work at our front desk. For every three hours of volunteering at the reception desk, you will be entitled to one free acupuncture treatment. If you feel you have some other service you may be able to barter with us, please let us know and we may consider it.
