Fees

In order to make acupuncture affordable for as many people as possible and to allow visits to be as frequent as necessary to achieve the best possible results, we offer a sliding scale. We would like you to be comfortable choosing what you’d like to pay, and we understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. Please consider how often you need to come and pay what you feel you can afford. A sliding fee scale is offered for all visit types. (Please note: The first visit costs $15 more than regular visits due to the extra time required for an initial consultation.)

Please pay what you feel comfortable with, no questions asked.

Acupuncture:
First Acupuncture Visit with Consultation $35-$55
Acupuncture Follow-up $20-$40
Acupuncture Follow-up with Re-evaulation $20-40
10 Treatment Package (save 12.5%): $175-350, sliding scale; add $15 for cards purchased on the first visit
One week unlimited for $75
One month unlimited for $250

Chinese Herbal Medicine: Acupuncture and Herb Follow-up visits (includes herb consult and acupuncture treatment) are $30 plus the cost of herbs.  Chinese herbal formulas cost $14/week’s worth. We also offer some over the counter Chinese herbal pills for particular conditions such as common cold, allergies and sinus congestion, women’s health conditions and insomnia. These may be recommended and/or purchased as needed and do not require an herb consultation.

Payment: Cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Insurance: Because we offer a sliding scale, we are unable to bill insurance.  If you have insurance that covers acupuncture, we will be happy to give you a payment receipt and billing code to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement; this is okay with the insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy: In order to accommodate as many people as possible we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule to a later date. If you miss an appointment or cancel or reschedule it to a later date with less than 24 hours notice, then you will need to pay the maximum on the sliding scale at the time of your next visit.  If appointments have been purchased in a package, then we will deduct one of your pre-paid visits.
